Massage and Energy Healing:
30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes with 15 minutes consultation before each service.

The massages that I give are a blend of deep tissue (but never to hurt), Reiki, myofascial release, reflexology, compression and neuromuscular therapy.

When I begin a massage, I offer a consultation that is a conversation with you about all of your bodies (physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual) and I listen and create an intention for the session. The conversation before is essential to the massage in that I intend to create a sacred space for us both to listen and open to healing, relief, joy, renewal-whatever is most needed.

When I give massages and work with energy I am quiet and often much healing can come through in the listening.

My intention is for my hands to hear you specifically and my hope is that you leave the massage feeling more like you.
